In Haus Edit is a considered curation of trusted favourites, this time for the practice of alignment - pieces vetted the way everything at Naturel Haus is, for what they're made of, who they're made by and where they come from, as much as what they do.
There's a concept I keep coming back to, Mimi Bouchard's 'Be Her Now' - the idea that you don't wait until you have the life you dream of to become the future vision of self, you become her first. It's the concept of Be, Do, Have, in that order, and it keeps showing up everywhere I look - every spiritual teacher I see, every podcast, every reel in my phone. So as it's something I am focused on right now, I thought it would be a fun theme for this edit - the ritual of alignment.

I don't think a towel or a cup of tea hands you a new identity. But I love the concept that repetition rewires, that the body believes what it rehearses, and that becoming 'her' happens less in the lightning-bolt moments and more in the small, unremarkable, repeated, every day rituals.
